Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date only.
Sales/Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Jewelry, Sunglasses, gift certificates may not be returned or exchanged.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

How do I return or exchange?
Read our return/exchange policy to ensure your request meets our criteria.
Log into your account on Alyssalondon.com and go to the My Account section. Proceed to track recent order section click on "view details". Here you will begin the RMA number request process for the item(s) you wish to return. Once complete a conformation email will be sent to you. Do not ship items back until you receive RMA# in the conformation email.
You can also email us your request for an RMA number at firstname.lastname@example.org
Send the package back to our office at 2913 El Camino Real #440, Tustin, CA 92782. Include the RMA # on both the inside and outside of your package.
Please allow 5-10 days from the date we receive your package to refund your credit card or PayPal account less $3.00 shipping cost.
